During this global health pandemic, we are regularly told that the safest place to be is at home. For many women and children, however, nothing could be further from the truth. Covid-19: Staying at home doesn’t mean it is safe.

Always check on your family member. Give them a call as texts might not always be safe. If you’re in a situation that needs help, take courage and speak up. Don’t let it ruin your life. Staying home doesn’t mean staying silent.
